DAN JORDAN. 6 March 1971

 

Born and raised in Mataró, Barcelona, Spain. Dan´s journey as an artist has taken him all over the world, from the vibrant streets of Havana to the bustling urban landscapes of Miami and Berlin. With training in painting and contemporary image procedures from the prestigious Escola Massana in Barcelona, Dan´s artwork transcends borders and cultures. His exhibitions since 1990 have captivated audiences around the world, which earned him the prestigious Medal of Honor in painting from Biancoscuro Italia Magazine (Monte Carlo) in 2017. For Dan, art is more than simple strokes on canvas: it is metaphor of transformation and enlightenment. Like a butterfly coming out of chrysalis.
